Every repair we complete is covered for 90 days, so you can have your device fixed with confidence.

What’s covered
All repairs performed by TikTech Electronics include a 90-day warranty on the replacement parts we install and the labour for that repair, starting from the date you pick up your device.
What’s not covered
- New physical damage after the repair (drops, cracks, bent frames)
- Liquid or moisture damage after the repair
- Damage caused by third-party repairs or tampering after our repair
- Parts or issues unrelated to the original repair
- Software issues, data loss, or viruses that occur after the repair
How to make a claim
Bring your device and your receipt to our store at 541 Thompson Rd S, Milton, ON, any day from 10 AM to 6 PM. We’ll inspect the device and, if the issue is covered, repair it at no charge.
Liquid-damaged devices
Because liquid damage can continue to affect other components over time, repairs on liquid-damaged devices may carry a limited warranty. We’ll explain this before you approve the repair.
