The terms that apply when you use our website, buy products or bring a device in for repair.

Repairs and diagnostics
Diagnostics are free. We provide a quote before starting any repair, and no work is done without your approval. Quotes may change if additional issues are found during the repair; we will contact you before proceeding.
Your data
Please back up your device before any repair. While most repairs do not affect your data, TikTech Electronics is not responsible for data loss during repair or diagnosis.
Parts and deposits
Special-order parts may require a deposit, which is non-refundable once the part has been ordered.
Unclaimed devices
Devices not picked up within 60 days after we notify you that the repair is complete may be recycled or disposed of to recover costs, as permitted by law.
Products and pricing
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Inventory changes often, and we reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Wireless services
Wireless plans are provided by Rogers, Fido and Chatr and are subject to the carrier’s own terms and conditions.
